Shipping

Our goal is to ensure your purchase is packaged securely and is received in the best possible condition. We aim to have all orders processed and shipped to you within a 24 hour period. When your item has been shipped you will be notified via email.Most orders are shipped via Australia Post however we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.While we take the utmost care in packaging your item, once it leaves us we cannot be held responsible if it is lost or damaged in transit. Thus we recommend purchasing registered post for an additional $2.70 to insure your order against this. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for parcels to arrive during busy times but usually take 3-5 days.

Postage rates

We charge a flat postage rate of $6.50 Australia wide. Postage is  FREE to all orders over $65 Australia wide.Registered post is available for an additional charge of $2.70 per order - highly recommended. International orders: Currently we do not post outside of Australia but will be in the future so check back often!

Refund and Exchange policy

In the case that you require a refund for any reason you must contact us via email for approval of refund or exchange. This eliminates any confusion or misunderstanding.

Faulty or incorrect items:

• Contact use via email for approval of refund or exchange

• We will pay all shipping costs

• All goods must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice

• Credit will not apply to goods damaged in transit

• We must be advised of any faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of invoice

Change of mind:

• We only exchange or credit at our discretion

• The goods must be returned in the original, unopened packaging with a copy of the invoice

• You will pay all shipping costs

• We must be advised of change of mind within 5 days of invoice
